We refuse unauthorize collection of email addresses posted on the website by using email collection programs or other technical mechanisms and we remind users that
violations of this will lead to criminal punishment in accordance with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

①A person falling under any of the following subparagraphs shall be punished by imprisonment of 1 year or less or fine of 10 million Won or less. <Revised on February 17, 2012, May 28, 2014>
- A person who marks and sells or displays with the purpose of selling products that are marked similarly in violation of Article 8, Paragraph 4.
- A person who distributes, sells, leases, or publicly exhibits obscene codes, words, sounds, images, or videos in violation of Article 44-7, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 1.
- A person who repeatedly transmits codes, words, sounds, images, or videos that cause fear or anxiety to other parties in violation of Article 44-7, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 3.
- A person who has taken measures in violation of Article 50, Paragraph 5.

- A person who transmits promotional information in violation of Article 50-8.
- A person who fails to report any change in registration of a registration item, transfer of business, merger, or inheritance in violation of Article 53, Paragraph 4.
②A crime committed under Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 3 cannot be charged against the specific intention of the victim.
