The 44th Korean National Quality Award, sponsored by the Korean Agency for Technology and Standards under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, was held at COEX, Seoul on November 28, 2018.

In the quality circle competition where the 268 circles had participated, the innovation circle (Ulsan plant) received the gold prize and the five stars circle (Asan plant), and we have been selected 11 consecutive times for the “company with excellent quality competitiveness” awarded to companies that have improved quality competitiveness through quality management innovation activities based on an optimized evaluation index of corporate environment.

We will continue to establish quality management innovation activities at our domestic and overseas plants, so that we can improve our international competitiveness.
