Seoyon E-Hwa was selected as the ‘Best Quality Team Corporation’ by the Korean Standards Association(KSA).

 

At the Ceremony which was held on April 7 at the Seoul The K Hotel, about 60 people attended, and Seoyon E-Hwa Head of Quality Management Group Kim, Haegyu and Manager Yang, Heemok(National Quality Master) received the award and certificate.

 

The ‘Best Quality Team Corporation’ selection was held to celebrate the 40th anniversary of ‘Quality and Creativity,’ which is a monthly magazine published by KSA. Based on quality competition records, corporate promotion policies, etc., 10 corporations who have succeeded in qualitu improvement through quality team activities were chosen (Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix etc.). Seoyon E-Hwa, the only mid-sized corporation, is promoting quality team activities through training programs.

 

Seoyon E-Hwa has been active in quality team activities, and all five teams that participated in the 2015 National Quality Team Competition won a Presidential Award(3 Gold, 1 Silver, 1 Bronze). It was also designated as the Best Quality Competitive Corporation, and an employee was named the National Quality Master. Thus, Seoyon E-Hwa is consistently performing well in the quality sector, and will continue to implement quality management in order to improve its quality competitiveness.
