Seoyon E-Hwa has been selected by the Ministry of Employment and Labor as one the ‘2015 Top 100 Employment Corporations,’ recognized for its contributions toward labor market innovation and creating jobs. On March 17, Seoyon Chairman Ryu, Yang Seok attended the ceremonial luncheon at the Cheong Wa Dae, and received a certification plate from President Park, Geon Hye.

The Ministry of Employment and Labor has been designating the Top 100 Employment Corporations since 2010 in order to promote job creation, and this year, it selected 100 outstanding corporations among the 18,000 companies that increased employment in 2015.

Seoyon E-Hwa is fulfilling its social responsibility by creating jobs and investing in shared growth with its labor force. It is hiring full-time entry level and experienced recruits every year, and its employment number has increased 17.9% in the last five years. It also has an internship program that helps alleviate unemployment rates and provide opportunities for professional experience. Furthermore, as part of its shared growth policy, it is operating a “Shared Growth Fund” to support the job creation of its suppliers. As a result, the employment number of its 14 suppliers has also increased by 16.1% in the last five years. Seoyon E-Hwa will continue to continue its labor reform policies in order to contribute to economic growth and the advancement of the labor market.
