Seoyon E-hwa officially opened its official web portal 'E-novation' for its in-house idea competition on September 5.

'E-novation' is a combination of the words “Enterprise” + “Innovation,” and it is an activity to discover innovative ideas not only in automobile-related businesses but in all industries including non-automobile industries and to commercialize promising items with high growth potential through sharing and communication.

By improving user accessibility through the new web portal, it creates a company-wide atmosphere of participation and provides improved feedback on proposals by simplifying evaluation and information sharing, with the goal to contribute to the improvement mindset of all executives and employees and to the company’s profitability.

The idea competition is open to all employees of Seoyon E-hwa for participation anytime, anywhere through the groupware shortcut link E-novation or the website and applications for 2022 will be open until October 14th. Ideas received in the fourth quarter (from October 14th to the end of December) will be evaluated and rewarded in the first quarter of 2023.
